how does you wash your hose? that's something I've never cleaned before.

I actually do use a saline nasal spray before putting on my mask. I'll have to check out the nasal rinse.

it took me about 2 weeks..it definitely is weird at first, but slowly you'll get used to it. I used to fall asleep without my mask on when I first got the machine..now, I DO NOT allow myself to fall asleep without the mask on because the difference in sleep quality is really worth me wearing the mask!

I believe I have sinusitis and/or some sort of head cold and my nose is so congested at night since I got this cold a few days ago that I can't even wear my mask (nasal mask only).
