I'm having trouble changing my date and time. I went out west and set the clock back 2 hrs. Now that I am home, the time changed ok (2 hrs ahead) but the date is reading Oct. 16 and I change it to Oct. 15 but it won't stay on that...just keeps reverting to Oct. 16. Any help would be appreciated!!

When I inflate the pillows I can feel a blast of air...but the funny thing is when I put them against my nares...I don't feel a thing! You do get used to it...keep at it. I have a pressure of 8-15 and it varies dur...

By all means try to exchange the Escape for the Elite...I know you won't be sorry. It is vital to have your information available to see how you are doing. There is no way I could get up in the morning and not look at the info for the previous night...exchange it while you can!

Thanks for your suggestion...I sent a note off tonight. It sounds like they used to have much better holders for the pads...the cardboard is not great IMHO.

I use the Pur-Sleep essential oils and am so disappointed in the holder. It has gotten wet and smeared like crazy - don't know why it can't be made of a sturdy substance. I find the the smells are not too strong...hardly notice them when breathing.

I buy my distilled water from Fortinos and have never had a problem with my humidifier's water chamber.

Your software is likely a Windows program. I have a Mac and have installed Parallels and then installed Windows in Parallels. My CPAP software works just fine in the Windows
