Unfortunately I have recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 from XP. My current version of ResScan (3.11) won't operate. Looking for a link to 4.3.

Thanks for all the help. EPR was off, and I got detailed data and was off the second night and had no detailed data. After getting the Rescan software I loaded it yesterday and was able to access the past detailed information. Then today, the machine downloaded the summary information but not the detailed information. Any ideas here? DId I inadvertently change a setting or something?

My new S9 arrived today. Where do I find the link to the software?
