Afternoon,

Just left the DME with my Respironics System One.

I was / am using a RESMED S-9 but the VA just gave me a System One since they don't have supplies for the RESMED.

Can someone PM me the link to download the software.

With the RESSCAN you get that and more.

You can not display multiple days of usage straight off of the S9.

You can produce charts which you can't do straight off of the S9.

Search the post and some example reports and you will see what I mean.

No idea on that one. You might be looking at a defective machine. Did you get it thru a DME? Most machine have at least a 1 year warranty maybe more depending on manufacturer. Did you check the manufacturers web site? If its defective it could be as easy as a warranty swap out. If it is DME procured...

I think the box is not that important... As long as you keep the Bag in good shape you should be fine. You should get the climate hose.
