Re: Dry Mouth
Thanks for your suggestion, Scott. I'll pick some Biotene Gel on the way home and try it tonight.

Re: Dry Mouth
Doctor was wrong about mouth breathing. I was pretty sure I WASN'T mouth breathing. So I slept last night with my mouth taped shut, and I had the same dry mouth issue. So dry it felt like I had a mouth full of glue. I'm not taking any medication and I drink a lot of water, so that isn't the cause. I...

Dry Mouth
I've been using CPAP religiously for the past 6 years, and within the last few months, I've been waking up with my mouth so dry that it's like my tongue, etc., are glued together. I really have to work at getting enough saliva to get it unstuck, or I have to drink water. I wake up every couple of ho...

Wet Nose
When I use my Activa, I wake up during the night with a wet nose. Not sure if it's from sweating or from the humdifier (with the heat turned off, no rainout). I started CPAP therapy in April with the Activa and later I bought a CL2 and used the nasal pillows which work great. So when we turned on th...

Thanks for the chin strap suggestion. But the chin strap doesn't work for me and a lot of other people who post on this site. I manage to breath through my mouth with a chin strap. I've tried several chin straps and none of them work; and yes, I attach them properly. Tape is perfect. Since I started...

Not all DMEs are bad. Mine called me to set up an appointment on the same day the doctor called with my results from the sleep study. Two days later a respiratory therapist showed up with a RemStar Pro with cflex, heated humidifier, mask, hose, filter. She went over everything, answered my questions...
