Re: Would you download your dreams if it were possible?
I've had some pretty cool dreams that I'd like a 'record' of. Or sometimes when trying to explain a dream to someone it makes no sense, it'd be nice to just show them. But some dreams I'd like to forget as soon as possible... I think it would be interesting from a psychological point of view. Since ...

Just a dream...?
Had a scary night last night. Well, technically this morning. Ive been working hard to keep my mask on all night. Usually I just get annoyed at some point and pull it off. So last night I kept it on all night. (6.7 hours...not so great I know) Woke up at 7:00 feeling HORRIBLE but I had to get up and...

S9 clicking noise?
Ok this is a really minor thing but I'm curious. Slept without or machines last night because we returned masks to DME and are getting new masks tomorrow... I noticed this little noise, almost like dripping. So I set out to find out what it was. I guess it's the humidifier. The water chamber was rem...

Re: are you fully recovered after CPAP or still tired?Poll pleas
I've been on CPAP for about a month now. The first two nights felt AMAZING! I really noticed the difference. Then I had a couple of 'hiccup' days where I went back to feeling totally icky. It seems like I have good days and bad days. I wear my mask most of the night, usually I take it off just an ho...

Re: trying to get my ducks in a row
Well, my machine is driving away from my house as I speak...yay! Don't know what will happen from here, but I almost don't care! Enjoyed my first night on my s9 auto, and enjoyed even more the next morning see my AHI at 0.1!! I 'modified' their AMA like crazy, basically I agreed to let them out of r...

Re: Return policy on Machine?
After FINALLY getting through the the DME, they are coming tomorrow to pickup the machine. However, they said everything else was a purchase and we need to keep it. (Free mask?) I'm so glad to be done with them, and have my nice new S9.... They said something about having to sign a form that states ...

Re: trying to get my ducks in a row
We are dealing with the exact same thing. I am also using Preferred Homecare, I imagine it's the same office. I was given pretty much the same story, except that the lady told me that NO machines EXIST that will give you any data. I have already paid and received my DS150, but I am desperately tryin...

Re: Return policy on Machine?
OK, we are starting the process of attempting to cut off all contact with this DME. I will keep you updated. Also, surprisingly, we are not on HMO. But I think our regular doctor likes to think he's HMO (he's another story, we're working on changing him too!) I hope to hear back from the DME tomorro...

Re: Return policy on Machine?
there is nothing on the top other than 'remstar' above the screen and 'phillips resporonics' undeneath. there is no number with a 'ds', the closest thing I've found is 150P. Is that a model number? why must this be so confusing? and I just noticed the prior post lol...so yes, that must be the one I ...

Re: Return policy on Machine?
my machine says 'remstar' that's really about it. I looked on all sides, the bottom, the user manual (meaning the photocopy of a user manual) the humidifier says 'system one' how can I find the exact model?

Re: Return policy on Machine?
at the DME right now. got a bit of run around. she said I need Docs orders to get any other machine, and that there are NO machines that offer leak, AHI, etc info to end users. I pretty much feel done with this DME, but what do I do now? am I stuck in this rental?

Re: Return policy on Machine?
I was under the impression that my particular machine did not record any data other than the compliance data. I think the machine I have listed in my profile may be a newer model than the one I was given. I couldn't find anything that looked exactly like my machine; and I also found very little info...

Return policy on Machine?
I have seen many posts about the 30 return on the masks, but what about the machine? I was extremely uneducated on this stuff when I went into the DME, and the tech was just like 'here is your machine' It's a Phillips Remstar, and its 'ok' but I am frustrated by the lack of information I can get fro...
