I asked my same question to my mask vendor, and he recommended Mirage™ FX for Her Nasal CPAP Mask.

I'm having the problem that I subconsciously "feel" or "notice" my mask in the night, and half-asleep half-awake, I remove it. How early do you take melatonin? This website suggests taking only a very tiny dose 7 hours before bedtime: http://dspsinfo.tripod.com/

Taping mouth shut sounds like a REALLY BAD idea. Rule #1 of survival is you don't want to mess around with your airway or block things.

How to measure oxygen?

Is there a special finger tool one can use at home to see if one's oxygen levels are OK? Apparently this is a better indicator than AHI.
