Encore Pro is complex software for professionals using patients-database. You have to install the database management system also.
I advise Philips/Respironics cpap users to use the simple but excellent application Encore Viewer. See http://encoreviewer.respironics.com

Not only Respironics machines: also the software. I tried shipping EncoreViewer from US to Europe but found only one webshop that allowed it. They charged $65 shipping costs only for 1 CD. I was lucky to find a friendly forum member that helped me out.

You should not try 4 changes at the same time. Maybe one of those is bad. So start with sex only.
