mmmm. I used the F20 several years ago and gave up on it because it tore up the bridge of my nose, too. I switched to the Resmed Mirage Quattro. To expand on what LSAT said, the constant forced air cpap sends could initially make your lungs sore. I think overtime, your lungs would adjust to the constant pressure cpap therapy provides.
