Colorado & CPAP

Howdy Folks!

I've a question. I noticed when I downloaded the data for my cpap machine that I am running at 19-20 since moving to Colorado. Does that mean I need to be retested and put on a different type of machine?

Thanks
John

Re: Moving to Denver

Howdy folks, Sorry I haven't been on but we are now in our new house...no more living with the mother in law. We are still unpacking and putting stuff away, but it is so nice to have our own place again! Colorado is amazing! Right now there is nothing behind us but a great view of the mountains abou...

Re: Moving to Denver

Sorry for not replying sooner, we have been moving!

My partner and I both are CPAP users so we bore ourselves with the talk!

I am a morning person, but my partner rarely moves on a weekend before 11:00.

Maybe after we have gotten settled.

Moving to Denver

Hello folks,

I am moving to Denver (Broomfield) on Tuesday. I have heard horror stories about Apria there and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a provider there.

Thanks
John

Re: Why has Resmed made the S9 machines like this?

I went from an S8 to an S9 Autoset and love it. My partner just got an S9 Autoset and he has no problems either. Our doctor loves the S9.

Re: Partner & CPAP

That may be an idea. I don't move once I go to sleep so it never bothered me.

Re: Partner & CPAP

He told me today that it was a pain in the butt to sleep in. Trying to turn over fighting the cord, etc...

Going to try again tonight.

Re: Partner & CPAP

Update:

Well my partner has actually admitted that he feels a little better in the mornings when he uses his APAP.

Baby step, but still a step anyway.

Re: Partner & CPAP

Well, the guilt wasn't TOO bad, just that I would like to have him around for a while and that if cared anything about me, he would use the machine. Use it if you have to....it is worth it to make sure your partner is around for a long time. My partner LOVES to sleep and is definitely NOT a morning ...
