Re: now i'm sick, what to do?

I love the Vicks idea on the cotton ball and putting it by the air intake....
I was raised on Vicks also....and still buy it
It sure opens the nasal passages...very important when we are using nasal pillows!

I hope you are better Real soon Sleepy Mama !

Re: Dreaming

I was excited when I realized I had a dream and actually remembered it and yes it was a good dream ! I am happy that Cpap is working and I am going thru the phases of sleep cycles, it is exactly the encouragement I needed. You said you did not dream either while NOT on Cpap, and thinking about it- I...

Re: Dreaming

It is good and reassuring to know that I am getting some good quality deep sleep, and I really hadn't thought about the fact that we don't necessarily remember all the dreams we have. This one was vivid because I have wanted to start walking again (for general good health) and in my dream I was doin...

Dreaming

I'm on my 5th week of CPap, and slowly but surely I'm getting used to it. Sometimes I wake up and have to check the machine to see if it's even on because I cannot feel the pressure. When I woke up this morning, I realized that something different had happened last night. I actually had a dream last...

Re: Help with Numbers Please ! EncoreViewer 2.0

John- yes I am one month into this., and I too thought I would be feeling better by now. I never thought about changing the CFlex, So I can try that tonight. At your suggestion I will put that at zero for a few nights and look at the numbers. I can certainly see that alot of this is "fine-tuning" an...

Re: Help with Numbers Please ! EncoreViewer 2.0

Re: Software for my machine? Help

Thank you for your input! Yes having all that information would be very handy....too bad it doesn't come with the machine...it really should.
My pressure setting can only be changed by the Dr right?

Thank you

Software for my machine? Help

Hi, I am less than a month newbie on CPap and would like to be proactive in my treatment, since I don''t have the best machine it seems for data, I was wondering if the EncoreViewer 2.0 really is worth the $99.00? Right now on my machine I can only see 7day and 30 day results. What do you think? Tha...

Re: SD card for RemStar Pro System One

Thank you for pointing out that my profile was incorrect ! I have fixed it.....

Think I will wait and give my CPAp therapy some more time to see how I feel, and then request a read out just to get some feedback on how I am doing.

SD card for RemStar Pro System One

I have been on CPap since July 20th (not very long) and I have an SD card in the back of my machine and the DME provider just showed me where it was on the machine and didn't really say much about it. My question is: who reads this information and when? Is it the DME provider? I assume it gives info...
