Re: Excess moisture from humidifier problem.

The machine is on a night stand right about head level. The hose runs through an elevated loop against the headboard I would say 16-20" above my head. As far as I know the only adjustment I can make with the humidifier is for heat. I'll search hose management. On a side note, I have tried this with ...

Excess moisture from humidifier problem.

I'm getting water build up in my hose/mask from my humidifier after a couple hours. So much so that I'm inhaling water. Any tips? I've placed my machine at different levels but still does it. Thanks.

Re: Noob checking in, new mask tonight.

First night went great, this thing is very comfortable...almost can't tell you're wearing anything.

Noob checking in, new mask tonight.

I started CPAP about a month ago and have definitely noticed a positive difference lately. Still feel a bit foggy, but my energy is up and the draining underlying fatigue has let up quite a bit. So I'm pretty jazzed at this point. I just got a Swift FX today and I'm looking forward to trying it toni...

How soon should I expect results?

I just started using an auto cpap, three nights so far. A couple hours the first night then two full nights though somewhat restless. When should I expect to feel a difference? I'm sure this has been asked several times, but I'm on my iPhone now so navigating the search etc... is a pain. Anyway than...

Re: Newbie here, searching for first machine.

Thanks for the input so far. Going to call some online dealers tomorrow for some info. My friend went through cpapusa.com and I've looked at cpap.com. Any places to avoid or recommend? Thanks again.

Newbie here, searching for first machine.

Hey all, noob here. I am checking out all the options before I buy my first Cpap auto machine. A friend recommends a Remstar Auto which is around $1200. He also suggested the ResMed Mirage pillow type mask. Humidification is a must also I'm told. I guess my first question to the experienced people w...
