Re: If compliance is 4 hours is that all you need for therapy?
Elena, I feel for you, I really, really do! As we all know, dealing with CPAP (or any other version) is not a one size fits all type of treatment & as much as I personally wish that it was, everyone is different & only you know your body best! Even though I don't really know tons about you, what I d...

Re: Nuvigil
Thanks so much for the responses, I really appreciate it! I'm seeing my Neurologist on Wednesday & he should have blood work & an MRI to review with me & I'll see where that leads me? My numbers continue to be great but I continue to experience extreme fatigue & brain fog & my Neurologist is suggesting Nuvigil to see if that helps with the extreme fatigue? I'm currently having many tests performed, mostly blood work...

Re: REMstar Auto M Series w/A Flex
Thanks for all the great info once again, I really appreciate it! I changed my CPAP to the Auto mode, changed the pressures min. 9.5cm max 15cm & this morning when I woke up the LCD screen said 10.5cm. I do not have the ability to read my data, but I can get it read at the local sleep lab which is w...

REMstar Auto M Series w/A Flex
I was wondering if anyone knows what the difference between A-Flex & C-Flex is? I have the above stated machine & noticed that the machine says A-Flex but the display screen says C-Flex? Is there any difference? I'm currently on CPAP 10cm but wanted to change it to the Auto feature & I think I did. ...

Newbie kind of?
Hello, I've been reading posts from this site for a bit now & I thought it was time to actually post something! I was diagnosed w/OSA in late fall of 2008 & struggled for a long time with the process, feeling claustrophobic, taking my mask off, not falling asleep, not staying asleep, etc. Due to a v...
