I'm a stomach sleeper and what I do is i have a 'regular' size pillow that I lay down and then on top of that, I have a smaller (about 1/3 the size of the 'regular pillow) on top of that one. I went in for surgery and did bring my cPap, and they didn't let me use mine either, but they DID supply me with a bulky piece of equiment that just blew my face off. Since then, anything I had a procedure done, I just let the aneshesiologist know I have OSA and let them deal with it.
