Trying to guess as to why your numbers have changed when you tell us nothing you know has changed is not proving useful.
My suggestion is that you post daily data from a recent night so we might be able to see how you can improve your treatment.

Welcome to the forum. It is best if you use text to define your equipment in your profile instead of pictures. Please post your information and questions in this thread instead of starting a new thread as continuity is useful. If you have not done so, study your machine's User manual. Do you have th...

Use sleepyhead to look at your data. It is not hard. Seeing every breath is very important.

Re: Please Help! AHI high after 30 days
When I raised my max from 16 to 18, my centrals increased notably. Don't assume that higher pressures will cause centrals in everyone. I have seen pressures exceeding 20 cm routine and no increase in centrals. Not everyone will have centrals pop up because of cpap pressures and it doesn't have to b...

Keep working your way up. 14 may be enough but you likely need 15.

Re: How can chin straps possibly work?
I have to tape my mouth every night. (I wear nasal pillows). It's getting old. I tried a couple chin straps a long time ago, but no matter how good the chin strap is, you can still blow air out right? If I clench my teeth closed, I can still blow lots of air out of my mouth. How can these work? It ...

Re: Best Nasal Pillows for high pressure?
I am on ASV with high pressures and the P10 works great, no complaints and little to no leak issues . It did take about a week at first for it to feel comfortable but after that it was smooth and not going to switch anytime soon ... My pressure peaks at 20 for eight years. Been using Swift and now ...

Re: Are my flow limitations cause for concern? (PLEASE reply!)
If you are correct in that those CA's are false due to SWJ, then it clearly means you are having MANY arousals. The cause of arousals (if true) could be due to UARS, due to the pressure being too high, or many other things. Unfortunately, your many threads have not enabled you to solve your problem....

Re: Please Interperet My Data
Until you get your mouth leaking/breathing problem tamed, there is no reason worrying about your data. Your pressure is low enough such that a chin strap may be effective. Hi Ted, I was hoping I could train myself to keep my mouth closed during the night. It was very hard for me to admit there was ...
