I don't know if it's just me, but I find your post very confusing. Did they just give you that machine todey? I received a new machine because the one I was using was over five years old, it became very noisy, it could no longer be repaired Have you previously been using CPAP for any length of time...

Yes, your new machine will run in auto mode. I don't have that model, so I can't advise how to set it up, but somebody will be along here shortly to guide you through it. Did you try searching for a thread about it? I did search and found the thread that tells me how to get into the "clinical menu"...
