I haven't figured it out on the machine yet, but, in Rescan go to:

Tools>Options> A box will open. In the middle of the box there is a section called Time Scale. Choose "AM / PM" and all data you review will use that scale.

I uninstalled 3.10 and installed 3.11. Now the detailed tab no longer has "flow" charts, and I can't get to them by checking the box, because the box does not exists. Anyone see this as well, or have advice for how to fix? I may go back to 3.10 to check the issue.
