I went for a sleep study and the Dr. said that I have a sleep disturbance. My breathing becomes shallow and I wake up 5 times per hour. Since I wake up and don't actually get to the point where I stop breathing, they do not recommend the sleep mask. I do not understand why. I would think that the ox...
