"That data on the card is conflicting with the new machine. When you see the error, hold down the down arrow button for 10 seconds, until the error message goes away. In doing so, you erase the card and start over."

Thanks for the reply.
I have the Intellipap clinicians manual but it does not mention anything about Smart Link.
There may be something hidden in the menu that I have missed.

I have retired my 7 year old Intellipap unit which was fitted with a Smart Link.
The new CPAP unit has been set up.
I fitted the old Smart Link unit to the new Intellipap and the unit says it needs a provider setup.
Can anyone provide details on how to do this please.

I am working in Germany and my puritan bennett 420e shows an error code 15 and wont work.
What does the code mean and how can I fix or clear it.
Is it an internal fuse.
I inadvertantly trapped the sense pipe.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Updating my machine was my other thought.
I have been looking at a Sleepstyle 254 auto which seems to get good reviews.
I cant make my mind up if the new machines are any better.
However I do have an old Remstar as backup and also a Puritan Bennett 420E which I use as a travel machine.

I have clocked up over 16000 hours with my Remstar Auto with C Flex.
Does the unit need servicing in any way?
The reason for my question is that the motor and airway although protected by 2 filters would start to get dusty and may need cleaning.
Has anybody any experience of this?

I have Encore Pro V1.2 and 1.8 and I have finally upgraded from XP to Win7 home premium (they now have win .
Version 1.8 does not work on Win 7, what version of Encore Pro works with Win7 and can I still use my card reader.

I havent upgrade any of my equipment for many years now.

I had that problem and I had a fine and coarse filter in, I cleaned the coarse filter and changed the fine one.

I would need to buy an auto, however I dont use cflex so an older model would not matter.
What do think is a reasonable price to pay, based on buyin some previously.

It occured to me that things wheeze when they cant breathe, so I looked at my fine filter, I think this might be the cause. I will try a new filter tonight and see if that makes a difference.
