Have read through several posts and tried several times to no avail over the last 3 days so almost giving up. I download the program. Re: SA an Stroke... Please help!
Did they check for a pfo? My husband had a stroke a couple of yrs ago and found that he had a pfo and that could possibly have been the reason for his stroke. Supposedly 25% of us have this condition. We were born with a hole (actually 2 flaps) which is supposed to close up shortly after birth but d...

Has anyone had this problem with Rescan?
Just recently whenever I try to print my report from Rescan it won't let me. A box appears that says Rescan caught an unhandled exception form within a Plugin The plugin will now be unloaded. Any insight would be appreciated.

Re: s9 problem with humidity help
I don't believe I'm a mouth breather (hubby says no) and I used his Respironics machine several times before I got the S9 and dry mouth never occurred. My numbers are really good, very low leakage when I use the Swift fx and low AHi so not losing pressure. Will try preheating the water tonight and s...

Re: s9 problem with humidity help
I have found that the room temperature and humidity affects how the H5i works, and have a hygrometer on my night stand table. It cost about $20. In Arizona, with humidity of 20-25% + 80 degrees, the H5i worked fine on Auto + 77 degrees. But in April in Washington, with humidity of 40% + 70 degrees,...

Re: s9 problem with humidity help
Yes, it has been humid here. Maybe that's the problem. So apparently the humidity function doesn't work then and this in turn causes dry mouth which makes me tear the mask off. I wonder if getting a regular hose instead of climate control will remedy that situation during humid times.

Question re mouth breathing, nasal mask and therapy help
I'm trying to help my husband out who is having a hard time with cpap treatment. I doubt that he would use a full face mask. He's used to sleeping on his stomach with his face in the pillow but of course he can't do that anymore. Currently uses a nasal mask and sometimes the nasal pillows, but I see...
