I had the same issue- very painful and noticeable! I switched to a mask that only goes halfway up the nose...problem solved.
try the "zest nasal mask"

Thanks for the tips. I will try and pay more attention to how the silicone looks, and not tighten it too much. I have the petite size, I'm pretty sure it is the smallest available. I have a great contact at my DME, she will exchange it for me if it still gives me trouble.
