Every night I end up leaving bed to sleep in a recliner due to pain &/or husband's snoring. I'm looking for ideas for how I can easily moved my c-pap with me.

Re: ResScan 3.10 -> 3.12
I used to have ResScan software until I lost my computer awhile back. I've been trying to find it online for several hours. The one place I went to wouldn't take my information so I must not be on the right page. Could someone please provide me with the information to download it onto my new compute...

Re: Help! Travel and o2 concentrator
I talked with my DME again yesterday. They always tell me to bring my current concentrator with me when traveling. They are adamant that there is no other solution for me. They say that the one I have is about as quiet as they get. They say that a concentrator with a refilling station would only get...

Re: Help! Travel and o2 concentrator
After spending way too much time in front of my computer monitor instead of sleeping I discovered oxygen concentrators that have cylinder filling systems with them. This sounds like it might be a good alternative. I can fill the tanks during the day and sleep without any noise from the concentrator....

Re: Help! Travel and o2 concentrator
I'm wondering what it would take to get a portable oxygen tank at my destination. My DME is in Anchorage and I'll be spending six days in the Anchorage area over Christmas. I wouldn't have to bring it on the airplane. My DME won't give me any indication if this is possible. They just want me to purc...

Help! Travel and o2 concentrator
I require oxygen with my Cpap. My insurance company rents an oxygen concentrator for me for almost $200 per month. The concentrator is noisy. We had to use a longer hose, put it in another room and close both doors in order to sleep. We like to travel and I haven’t taken the concentrator with me. I ...

Re: 4 months out - why so tired still?
I didn't notice the last part of your post. I've had chronic back pain for years. Low back and mid back. Sometimes the pain is in one area or the other and sometimes it's both. So needless to say I take narcotic pain meds which doesn't help the apnea. Doc's are most concerned with my neck and that's...

Re: 4 months out - why so tired still?
Hi kteague, I did have wires attached to my legs but they didn't detect limb movement. I'm not positive but I think it's more that my whole body jerks. My husband says it starts when I first drift off and I do it the whole time I'm sleeping. My husband seems to think it's some kind of seizure. Of co...

Re: ResScan 3.10 -> 3.11
Me too. I would love to have the software as I'm sure my local GP doesn't have it. It would be nice if I ever have issues I would have something to bring to the doctor with me.
Thanks,
Denise S.

4 months out - why so tired still?
I started CPAP last March. According to the results on my machine my apneas are way down so I'm doing well with it. It's now almost August and I'm still exhausted most days. I get up in the morning, get dressed & do my morning routine. Then if I sit down in a chair I start dozing and can't stay awak...

Re: Initial Start Pressure of ResMed S9 & EPR
I'm fairly new to Cpap. I do use the S9. I haven't noticed that it takes time to get to full pressure, although I changed my ramp time from 20 minutes to 5 minutes. My setting is at 9. I was having a lot of trouble at first until I figured out that I could turn on the EPR setting. I had a hard time ...
