Re: Still tired after all this time...

I used to have it from 8-12. Then I would see, on a random night, I would spend a lot of the night pegged at 12 (like it needed to go higher but couldn't). So, I upped it to 15. Same thing, so now I'm at 18.

Still tired after all this time...

I've been on APAP since February. There have been sporadic times where I've felt SLIGHTLY better, but for the most part, I feel no different - especially the last month. I have the software to read the card, so I check my report every morning. I wear a full face mask and have gotten the large leaks ...

I'll see about just tightening the mask more, although it's pretty tight already...

Re: Tips on reading Encore reports

That's kinda what I was afraid of. While it might be "working as it should", I don't get this feeling of "night and day difference" when I wake up in the morning. If it's changed at all, it's only a slight improvement. I notice I'm not quite as tired towards the afternoon, but I'm still not having t...

Tips on reading Encore reports

I got the Encore Viewer software and generated a report from my SD card.

Can anyone shed some light on what the important parts are?

I don't know if you can attach files here, but I uploaded it at this link: http://www.box.net/shared/ru0sbzd608

Thanks!

Question about PMs

I've sent a couple of PMs today and replied to a couple and they are appearing in my Outbox rather than the Sent Messages folder. Does that mean they've gone out or are waiting to go?

Just a bit confused...

Re: Encore software for Respironics machines

Only DVD, huh? How 2001 is THAT!

I'm guessing I would only need the View 2.0 version, but I really don't want to drop $100 on it...

Encore software for Respironics machines

Is it available to purchase and download somewhere or is it only available on a DVD that has to be shipped?

Anyone find it for less than $100?

Re: New here...

Thanks for the welcome! Welcome Longhorn, don't get discouraged, you'll get there. Are you having any leak problems? You should be able to see a 30day avg on your screen too. I think for the Quattro at 10cms, the leak rate should be around 38 lpm. If you have the manual you can check the chart. You ...

New here...

Hello, glad to find this board! Great info! Anyway, back in February, I had a sleep study done. Went to the doc afterwards, told me I had OSA and I was given a script for an apap machine. I got the machine back in February and I've had some amazingly varied results since then. I've had maybe one or ...
