I can see where I was confused now. The paperwork that came with my Resmed S9 said it was a S9 Elite. However, on the unit itself it says Resmed Autoset. Apparently the wrong paperwork was placed with the machine.

There's something I'm not understanding here. What features does the Autoset have that the S9 Elite does not have? Can not the S9 Elite to be set on auto mode to provide for variable pressures? I'm a newby and would like to know.

Hello, I would very much like to download S9 software. My AHI's have crept up to 8.0 after having recent nasal surgery. Before surgery it was around 2-3 AHI. However, I am concerned with the legality of downloading from links given on this forum. Can anybody reassure me?
