My camping experience and cpap

We were camping in one of those cozy cabins at Cape Hatteras last week. The first night I wore the cpap I noticed the smell of the cabin. I really didn't like a wet wood smell but wore it anyway. This worked for a few nights and than I found some bugs in my humidifier!!!!! I have always been paronoi...

Re: Like father, like son?

When my daughter was 2yrs old I noticed that she stopped breathing during sleep. She also snored terribly even as a baby! I took her to an ENT who requested that we tape her snoring during the night. The ENT told us she had sleep apnea and we had her tonsils and adenoids removed. Not sure if she sho...

Re: What do you do when Sick?

I am not really sure but I will tell you after tonight! Woke up at 4:30am with the feeling like I had to sneeze but as soon as I took off my pap the feeling went away. As the day wears on, I feel a full blown cold coming on so tonight will be interesting. I plan on taking something to ease the conge...

Since starting cpap I can sit that way again!!!! Do you think this has something to do with it? I am taking no meds for the pain/stiffness to accoun...

I hear that hum too and it drives me crazy sometimes! It is more noticable on my side too. I run a fan which helps a little.

Re: Why get software?

Wulfman,
THANK YOU!!!! That is what I was looking for! The only difference in the charts that I see from an apap versus a cpap is the pressure changes is that correct? Everything else would be the same?
