The do say that your AHI should be under 5.0,that is considered treated.

I have been feeling a lot less tired then before CPAP thats for sure.

I just wanted to understand what the differences are between the different events.

I am a newbie too. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to it. I think the extra exhaustion could be because of the stress of dealing with this new thing. I have been going for nearly 2 months and I am starting to feel better. Not as exhausted as I used to be late at night. Stick with it.
