My AHI runs between 4.5(once) & 12.8 Everyday is a different number.
Ok so I do need software to read card. That would be great if I could get a link to the software.

Congrats to all!! WOOHOO!! I definatly know that losing weight helps. I lost 22 LBs. last summer & felt great! BUT with these long winters in Upstate NY it's tough not to eat that comfort food I put 18 of the 22 LBs back on & feel like crap. I'm going to start back at exercising it really does help....

Hi all! I've been doing alot of reading and getting some great info!! Thanks so much! Here's my problem~~I'm on week 6 with my CPAP~and on 3rd mask~1st was a Nasal Mask with chin strap(forget it!)
