Re: SleepyHead Data: Is it time to raise my pressure?
I don't post often anymore, but I think those who are trying to help you missed a very important data point on what you posted: hours used per day. You are only using your machine for a very small portion of the night. Why aren't you sleeping all night with it? IMHO I think it unreasonable to consid...

Re: S9 AUTOSET/H5i/Climateline - NO HEATED AIR
My thanks to all who tried to sort this out. I looked at some other posts on this issue too. Findings. 1. The Climateline does its own thing in Auto mode depending on the room temp and humidity. 2. Manual mode (last night) worked fine for me with Humidity at 4.5 and temp at 78. Heat was in the hose ...

Re: S9 AUTOSET/H5i/Climateline - NO HEATED AIR
I only used the Aussie in the colder days of winter. My BiPap SV with heated humidifier did the job fine the rest of the time. All of the H5i connections appear fine and it does use water. I just don't get the humidification that I got with the Respironics heated humidifier. What setting son the H5i...

Not the problem. I forgot to say that I use a Quattro FFM every night.

S9 AUTOSET/H5i/Climateline - NO HEATED AIR
I just received a new S9 AutoSet with the H5i humidifier and the Climateline tubing. I have been on Respironics machines for over 10 years and used an Aussie hose on them to prevent rainout in the winter. This S9 setup has me baffled. The first night I used it and woke up several times with a very d...

Re: BiPAP Auto SV settings questions
SWS and Banned have lectured me for years. They both know more about this machine than I ever will so I am happy to be corrected and defer to them. I tried 11/11/22, 12/12/22, and 13/13/22 for about ten days each and found that the 12/14/22 settings I came up with over time gave me better long term ...

Re: BiPAP Auto SV settings questions
The Bipap Auto SV is made by Respironics, not Resmed. Resmed makes a completely different SV machine - VPAP Auto-SV. Your settings have turned yours into a CPAP Auto machine which is one of its' capabilities. When you have IP and EP set at the same number it is in CPAP mode. When you include a maxim...

Re: Can't log in to Encore Pro 2
Try User Name as EncoreAdmin and Password as password1
That is what I found in the initial setup readme file. I do not know if it will still work after you changed the login user name and PW. Good Luck.

Re: Encore Viewer works in Windows 7 Pro
I did it with 1.0, but there is no reason the same method won't work with any XP compatible software that requires a card reader.

Encore Viewer works in Windows 7 Pro
Finally, I got it to work. The Viewer will NOT work in Windows 7 x64 bit without the virtual machine and XP installed. Steps to get it to work. 1. Install VM and XP in Windows 7 Pro or higher. Leave XP running while you do the rest of this. 2. Disable Integration Features by clicking on Disable Inte...

Encore Viewer in Virtual xp-Windows 7
The viewer installed and opens fine. The DT-3500 installed with 64 bit driver in Win 7. It is attached to the virtual XP, but will not read my card. The read data function in Encore is muted and will not activate when I put the card in. Any ideas?

Re: BIPAP AUTO-SV SETTINGS HELP
Thanks for returning to this topic and asking. Nuclear stress test showed all was well with heart and plumbing. Blood work was normal except Vitamin D level. He put me on 50,000 units twice a week for four weeks plus 1,000 units per day. I cautiously think I feel a bit better after 3 of those 50,000...

SWS - http://www.afsashoot.com/PAT11.html shows a particularly good AHI night with the oximetry charts for that night.

Re: BIPAP AUTO-SV SETTINGS HELP
SWS- Will talk with my cardiologist about low heart rate at night when I see him about my stress test results. The initial diagnosis of Paroxymal supraventricular arrythmia was that it was benign. He said it would not kill me, was mostly an irritant, and that we would treat it with tambacor. The alt...
