Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.
My first month is over. The machine's memory has been downloaded onto the stick and mailed off. I am experiencing no benefit, only less sleep and facial bruising. So,... what will I do? Well, since I am not sleeping any better on the hose than I was prior to receiving the machine, since I can't comf...

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.
Back on the 8th I posted about my lack of success. Well.... I've been able to adjust the mask so that it doesn't leak, and doesn't leave me with a "warning triangle" for half the day. I've figured out how to secure the hose between the mattress and headboard so that it doesn't droop and pull the mas...

Re: new and very frustrated
The mask set-up the equipment rep made turned out to be quite incorrect (his April Fool's joke on me, perhaps?) I've now taken the time to read the manual and have adjusted it properly. It still isn't "comfortable", but I don't have the red warning triangle on my face that lasts for 4 hours after I ...

Re: Controlling dreams
A post by -SWS back on 21 Dec mentioned "lucid dreaming". I happen to be one that has been able to use that. When I was younger, I frequently had nightmares: monsters chasing and catching me, falling from heights onto rocks, and so forth. I'd wake up screaming and sweaty and too afraid to go back to...

Near the top left of this, and every page, there is a line of text: "User Control Panel". Click on the text.
On the next page click on the "Profile" tab.
Then there is a drop-down list of equipment and a choice of showing your equipment as images, or as text, as part of your 'signature'.

Re: distilled water
Boiled water will actually accelerate the buildup of mineral deposits. The act of boiling the water will drive off some water as steam, but that will simply make the mineral percentage higher in the remaining water. Distilled water is produced from collecting the mineral-free steam, and condensing i...

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.
I'm alternately pleased to read that the successes are not always immediate, and annoyed that I can't use my lack of equivalent success (after less than a week) as justification to myself to scrap the whole thing. I've not been 100% compliant, mostly because the mask I've been assigned, sight unseen...
