Does anyone know if the Puritan Bennett Sandman Duo ST Bi-level and Humidifier is an auto bipap and does anyone have experience with it?

I've been using a Respironics M Auto Bipap and have consistently been getting AHIs less tthan 1.0. I am now trying out a Resmed Autobipap V25 with the same settings and getting AHIs of 4.0. I am planning to get a new Bipap. Has anyone tried the new PR System One REMstar BiPAP Auto with Bi-Flex and if so, can you share your experience with it? Does anyone have a recommendation based on their experience for a new Bipap machine? Thanks!
