What happen to my data?
I have used the machine for two nights. This morning around ( 11:30 am) I removed the SD card and downloaded the data to my computer, around 1 pm I put the SD card back to the machine. Immediately on the LCD screen, it said something like, 'erasing data, please contact tech support' - something like...

Re: My first report card
Hi John, Is it a Time Machine you got there?! On the User Control Panel, there is an item for 'Manage attachments'. I thought I miss something there, because I can't see anyway to 'attached' an item as normal e-mail does. On the report I have from Resscan 3.10, I believe the numbers on the little sq...

My first report card
Here are the scores of my first two night of CPAP treatments First night: AHI 3.8 Second night: AHI 1 First night, the machine was sitting on a office chair and the humidifier wasn't connected tightly to the S9 so the breathing-out sound is a bit loud. Second night, all connected probably. Much quie...

Re: S9 internal memory...?
Thank you Bill. Good information. I was just a little curious how 'permanent' the data on the machine itself. I guess we can't wipe the machine clean to the original state and start over. Sounds good to me. btw, go my machine after I post the previous questions. Have a good trial run last night. The...

S9 internal memory...?
I have four questions: Does the Resmed S9 come with internal memory? If I format the SD card, would I loss all the data from the entire machine? Can I check the number of hours the machine has operate? and can I reset the machine to the default factory setting? Never have a machine before, eager to ...

PM stuck in the outbox
I wanted to say thank you to a person in this forum, for her offering to help. For some reason, the messages shown in the outbox instead of the sent box. Although I got a confirmation indicating the message is sent successfully each time. Hope she got it OK.

my first post
I am so grateful to find this site through my one of my best friend – google! Couple of months ago, I was diagnosed with severe OSA, AHI is above 45. I was very surprised about the finding. My wife complains about my snoring, sometimes I do feel tire, not to a point of sleepy during the day. My memo...
