my standard hose split after one month, and replaced under warranty from my retailer. The new climate line has lasted o.k, but I think you need to be wary how you remove it from the S9. Be gentle.

I'll try using distilled, and see if that helps. I live in Australia and had therapy for only 2 months. Only had the flem using humidifer recently & when I had a chest cold some years back.
