I tend to get sinus infections and my OTC remedy is Advil Cold and Sinus (a LOT better than Sudafed, at least for me). But for relief I use peppermint oil in warm water, 3-4 drop in a cup of warm water and breathe ! Be carefull, it's really strong. Probably too strong to put directly in the machine....

After a week of using the S9 (my 1st machine), the amount of noise is not a problem. What is wierd is that when I "wait" to go to sleep, I really "hear" my breathing and it made me really self concious, just a tad claustrophobic the first few days ... But I'm getting use to it already. The sound var...
