Re: S9 pressure issue?
Thank you all for the info. Did you buy from a local DME? If so you could probably bring it in and have them check the pressure. No, I bought it online. I actually called local places, even places that wouldn't take my insurance but would take cash, and I even explained the possibility that I'd be w...

S9 pressure issue?
OK, so after determining that my insurance only covers a new CPAP every 5 years, while satisfied with my M-Series machine, I was sick of rain out (house gets kept fairly cool at night) and while a tube wrap helped considerably I was sick of the extra weight it added that "pulled" the mask more. Anyw...

Comfort Gel Full Face Mask - Customization Question
This may sound silly, but I noticed that in the nasal version of the Comfort Gel Mask instructions were provided to heat and then contour the gel to your face in hopes of a better fitting mask. Yet for reasons unknown to me these same set of instructions do not and have never appeared in the booklet...

POLL: Rainout and Supplied Humidity - S9 vs PR System One
All responses reference whether or not the machine has the ability to handle rainout and still supply enough humidity to yourself

Re: encore viewer for PR System 1 available
BTW here is an article showing how to get XP mode up and running if you have Windows 7 Home or Vista: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/11060/create-an-xp-mode-for-windows7-home-versions-and-vista/ In their case they use the free VMWarePlayer software instead of the VirtualBox (also free) software I re...

Re: encore viewer for PR System 1 available
Bad news, folks... I'm not having any luck at all getting this thing to load on 64-bit Windows 7. The holdup is not because it's looking for something that isn't there, it's because the software is simply looking at the hardware and deciding not to load. It is something that could concievably be be...

Re: encore viewer for PR System 1 available
Well, all looks good except for the no 64-bit support. Which is in contradiction to what encore support told me several months ago. Too bad the installer couldn't ask if you were only using the software for the newer machines and thus allow you to install it w/o the 32-bit only drivers for the smart...

PulseOx 7500 Software Issue
Hi All, Been reading the forums for months now, finally decided to join, especially since I was wondering if anybody has come across the same problem as me. I just received the PulseOx 7500 Oximeter and was pretty excited until I went to install the software. Almost immediately Norton Antivirus went...
