I have Resmed Swift LT small and medium pillows to trade for a large.

As an EMT, I have heard of these, but we use them in patients who have an airway compromise. I have joked about using one instead of the cpap, but I don't think it would be very comfortable.

I started with the DME until my insurance would not pay. I went to secondwindcpap.com. I got a Resmed Elite II that had 2 hours on it for $299. Check him out. He stands behind his equipment. The first one he sent me would not record data. He replaced it no questions asked.

Have you looked at secondwindcpap.com? He has machines with less than 500 hours on them, cleaned and tested. I bought a ResMed Elite II with 200 hours on it for $299.00.

I had trouble with this mask at first. I went to the small pillows and tape. I put the tape around the pillow and the outer part of each nare to help seal it on the outside and push the pillow in toward the center of my face. I've just started 2 weeks ago. My first night I was so excited to sleep, boom, I put it on and forgot about her. Now, I am like you, I wait till we get a chance to wind down, talk about the day and say goodnight.

I have put mine in the top drawer of my nightstand. I cut a hole in the back for the power cord. In the morning everything goes back in the drawer out of sight. It will also stay cleaner in here as it is enclosed 16 hours per day. I just open the drawer at night, hookup and go to sleep.
