High snores but low AHI
At 12cm H2O CPAP, my AHI is 1.5-3 (down from 50 at the sleep lab!), and vibratory snore index 2-3. I lowered the pressure to 10cm H2o which is MUCH more comfortable. My AHI remains low (1-2), but vibratory snore index has risen to 30s. Should I be worried about isolated snores if there are no singif...

I am a little confused about how Encore Pro calculates apnea and hypopneas (Remstar Pro2 CPAP). I understand it is based on a specified decrease in flow rate (ex 50%) over a specific time (ex.> 10s).
