My AHI has been 0-1.5 for a long time at 13.5. When I got the apap I left it on 13.5 but when I saw my doctor today to get my pacemaker checked and told him some of my symtoms he said I might need to change my setting a little so I decided to go to the auto mode.

My setting has been 13.5 for years. Would 10 -14 be ok for auto cpap? Thanks

Which type exhalation port is least likely to be blocked by pillow? The one I am using now has an opening on each side of tube at the elbow and I think it gets blocked sometimes. Thanks

It is more a sucking air noise on inhale and smooth no noise on exhale. Old machine did not do this ( Remstar c flex,they kept it when I got the new one) I am using the same masks ,res comfort classic and res confortgel blue. I have a new 560 P and when I inhale there is a noise that is very annoying to the point that I can,t sleep. I have checked for leaks and tried different masks but nothing helps. Any help would be appreciated.
