If anyone knows where to find the 3.10, I'm interested. Don't currently have a ResMed, but I like to keep current on the software, just in case. Rather get the software now, and the machine later, rather than pick up the machine and not be able to find the software later. Thanks.

I've found the same thing. Got referred from my GP to an ENT, who then sent me for a sleep study (which of course, my insurance didn't want to pay for. My wife finally badgered them into it). After the sleep study, and waiting a few weeks, and my wife's badgering him, the ENT told me I had moderate ...

Wow, that's great! I just started using a CPAP machine myself 2 nights ago, but I've no idea what the results of my sleep study were, apparently it's some big secret that can't be shared with me, the patient. If it weren't for the vast amounts of info I've found online, I'd be completely in the dark.
