My father has never used his humidifier whereas I've never gone a day without using it. I'm also curious to see if I really need it or not.

Jeanette...you said that perfectly....no bad nights just bad days...no energy days. Thats exactly how I am too. Numbers are perfect! My doctor told me today to put my pressure up by 1 more (13 up to 14) tonight and try it there for awhile to see if it makes a difference. Here's hoping!!

I just got my new machine yesterday and I downloaded the data from last night onto my computer this morning. I'm using Encore Pro 2 software. The only thing I'm wondering is how to fix the time. I went to bed at 11:30pm yet my data shows I went to bed at 4:30pm??? Anyone know how to fix this?
