if you find the nasal pillows painful you may have them too tight. they barely need to touch to seal properly. you just need to get used to moving in ways that your mask doesnt come off which can take a few weeks to get used to.

I love my S8 Autoset II. if i was to replace it i would probably get the S9. avoid anything with the word escape in it. this machine does not record anything useful only verifies that you are using it.

If you are just getting started it is normal to take some time getting used to the machine. DO NOT go back to sleep without the mask on. you want your body to learn that the best way to feel reed is with your mask. You don need to stay sleeping on your back, this is the worst position for you to sle...

Just make sure it says autoset or elite not escape when they give it to you. Some DME will try this and hope you dont know any better30Valve wrote: I was told my prescription only specified CPAP, so I would have to go with the S9 Elite model.
