I've started using the breathe right strips for a while now, and find them to be a tremendous help in keeping my nose open better. They work great for me, I wouldnt discourage you from using them.

Has anyone had the discomfort of air coming through their nasal passage and actually "bubbling" out of one or both of their eyes? It is very uncomfortable, and often keeps me awake. I have been a cpap user for approximately 7 years, and had this happen within the last year or so.
