Hey everyone. They have discontinued the mask I currently use, and I need a new mask. Customer service at cpap.com says they don't have any headgear that will work with my, PR Easy Life Nasal mask. The rep is telling me I should give the ResMed N20 a try. Thoughts? Ideas? I'm a large guy, and my cur...

What is EncoreBasic? is that what they replaced Encore Viewer with?

So I did a download on my CPAP. my AHI is 0.6 but I'm not totally sure what that means... btw, I got Rehired for the trucking job!!!

I use to use Apria till that new person there erased my machine and ended up costing me my job. They were supposed to just do a download, not mess with the machine. Needless to say I won't go back to them. I'll pay outright for supplies from cpap.com.

After running windows update, has anyone else got the error about not being able to check database version?

It may very well be picking up the gmt offset. I have my computer on GMT because I am a Ham radio operator... I'll try Encore Viewer on my Laptop and see what it does
