Just use distilled H2O. I wipe / dry the plate and bottom of the tank before use. Could just have been a bad batch sent to my DME.

Just got a FX on Monday. It does have some leakage / adjustment issues but it is comfortable and once adjustments are made it makes for a good night. Very satisfied with the change.

H4i Humidifier Problems
I use a H4i humidifier. I have had to replace (no cost) 2 of them because the metal on the heater plate bubbled and flaked off. I presume the metal is anodized aluminum. I don't know whether or not the flaking metal would pose a health hazard or a safety concern with the heater. The DME was very goo...

ResScan user guide
Is there such a thing as a ResScan user guide, clinician's guide. I have the software and usb adapter. I would like to get a copy of the documentation.
