I am not getting any air from around the elbow sides, just where it is supose to vent and I do not seem to have any leaks even when I move to my side.

I was having the same problem with my nasal pillows, my nose would dry out and I would sneeze all day, I turned my setting from 2 to 3 and the dryness went away.
