Re: sore nose
The nose is MUCH better. I think that the mask was way too tight. I loosened it to a small leak, then tightened just enough to stop it. I am still getting red marks on the sides of my nose, but it is getting better. I think I will let it leak a little tonight and see how that works. Here is the theo...

Re: sore nose
Thanks for the suggestions.
I think I have some tape. I will give it a try and pick up some mole skin.
I am on my 4th night tonight.

Re: sore nose
I got my equipment from CPAP.COM. This was the mask that was suggested by the sleep tech who did my sleep study. It worked well for titration, but that was only about 4 hours. I will try some more adjustments, may be too tight.

Re: Sleeping on back in sleep test
I too only sleep on my side but would sleep on my back if I could. When I looked at my sleep study data I saw that I had slept on my back for a significant amount of time. I suspect that I was finally able to breath on my back and so I did not roll over. Also went from an AHI of 20.8 on my own to 0 ...

Re: New and looking for the silver lining
Don't take the list too seriously. It was just joking. I would never use the hose to siphen gas. Also my wife does not snore (much), and I love my mother-in-law.
Thanks for the encouragement.

New and looking for the silver lining
I just found out last week that I have OSA. The sleep study was not plesant as I do not sleep well away from home and without the wife to snuggle up to. I have ordered a machine mask and such, after much research here. I have been looking for the good things about being tethered to a machine for the...
