That is NOT what I want to hear. lolsleepydawn wrote:I participated in the clinical studies for this. Honestly, I couldn't get a decent seal to save my life. I was very disappointed because I had high hopes for this mask.

Re: Do you have the néw Quattro FX?
I have the "older" Quattro and recently got the email about the new one. Very very interested. Especially the lack of that darn forehead pad. While I really likme the older Quattro and find it very very comfortable it's that pad that leaves the biggest marks in the morning. I'm going to wait a coupl...

Ahh, so there's a history of dislike with this one. Again I'm so thankful to have the Quattro.
Maybe I'll just sell this off when I get another replacement.

Anyone having issues with the FullLife Full Face Mask?
My Sleep Doc suggested this for my first mask replacement. In the clinic it was very comfy but when I tried sleeping with it I could not get it to seal. It also shifted really easilly and the top of the headset was popping off. I'm lucky if I got a full hour sleep on Tuesday night. I'm so grateful I...

Neck is hurting every morning. What's a good pillow?
Looking at the google shopping page linked below. There are a few options I see. I'm a side sleeper who tosses from side to side and wear a Mirage full face. The standard pillow isn't working out well. http://www.google.com/products?hl=en&rls=com.microsoft:*&q=cpap+pillows&oq=&safe=on&um=1&ie=UTF-8&...

Dry Air issue
I have the S8 AutoSet II machine with the heated humidifier and the Quattro Full Face mask. I'm finding I need humidified air or I wake up with a bad dry mouth in the middle of the night. Even if I have the humidity set on II I find the air to be too warm for comfort and can't remain asleep. Cool ai...

Re: Follow-up after receiving APAP 1 month ago next week.
Looking at some product lists I think I have the Resmet AutoSet II (with heated humidifier...at least it looks just like mine) and the Resmed Quatro facemask. I sure hope they don't yank my machine. I they already billed the 2k to my insurance and it is dead silent. I was expecting the noisy machine...

Follow-up after receiving APAP 1 month ago next week.
My Dr says just to swipe my data card and bring it in for reading. (I'm sorry, I don't remember the details of what equipment I use at this time but it's super quiet) Is there questions they always ask that I should be aware of? I figured I'd do the follow up, learn what I can, and then look into ge...

Re: Sweet Smell after taking mask off?
Ha! My wife thinks I'm crazy for smelling that right away in the morning. It reminds me of a cross between a space heater turning on for the first time of the season and soggy clothes being ironed.
Been on the machine for about a month.
