For Windows 7, look into XP Mode. It's a virtual machine using Microsoft's Virtual PC software and comes with a full XP license. Might do the trick for you.

So from what I've gathered, no one has been able to reverse-engineer the data on the card? I've looked through the data files a little (haven't had the machine a week yet) and have made no progress.
