Ok it is quite that way, but it blows a constant stream of air out the vent on the nose.

Is this normal or should it start and stop as I breath.

Tomorrow will be my first night on CPAP at home. I have the REMstar Auto Aflex machine with the ResMed MIrage Quattro Mask.

Is this a good machine?

The setting is 10/16, Is this really high or pretty average?

What do I need to know?
