Re: pillows and puppies
Hi Carbonman, What kind of a cutting tool do you use to shape your memory foam pillow? The cuts look clean. I would like to trim my pillow but not sure what tool to use. I don't have a electric carving knife. Its seems like if you hold the pillow too firmly it would compress like a marshmallow. What...

Re: Please Can Anyone Help with Problem
Sometimes I would get a little tickle in the back of my throat after settling into bed. I found that a product called Biotene mouthwash swished around for a minute helped to keep my mouth moist during the night. I also brush with Biotene toothpaste at night. Articles about the possible causes of dry...

Re: Having mask problems (possibly due to stomach sleeping?)
Dear Dottie, I have been reading your post with much interest. As of lately I've have experienced the same problems with the Swift Lt as you have. I have been using my Swift Lt for about 3 months now when a couple of weeks ago I started to have sharp pains at the inside edge of the nares. The use of...

Re: Location of obstruction too much for nasal pillow?
The two adjustments I made to reduce leaks while wearing my Swift Lt was to change the nasal pillow size from a small to a medium. Apply even less Lansinoh to the nares and to the outside of the pillow. Just want them to be a little tacky. I have noticed less hissing during the night.

Re: figured out AHI mystery
Hi Nobody, My experience is similar to yours. On the days that I would vacuum, dust or use household cleaners my sinuses rebelled. I'll use the netti pot to help clear the congestion. Before CPAP days I really didn't pay too much attention to how my sinuses reacted to those activities. I have become...

Re: Rain-out on Swift LT ?
Hi Rosecer, The Insul-Bright is mylar sandwiched in-between polyester fabric only about 1/4" thick. The fabric is white on one side and you can see the mylar through the polyester on the other side. Its manufactured by the Warm company. Their web site is http://www.warmcompany.com. I called customer...

Re: Rain-out on Swift LT ?
Hi Rosacer, I'm new to cpap and about 45 days into my journey. Wearing the Swift Lt has helped make my treatment successful. I have experienced rain-out with this mask. I solved the rain-out issue by using a hose cover and turned the humidifier down to 1.5. I also wrapped the short tube of the mask ...
