It has been about a month now and tweeked up to 12cmH2O and my AHI is down to 3.0 thinking after my apointment trying 12.5 and let it settle for a few days then go from there

AHI was good now out of control
I had 2.0 before I came down with a severe cold and couldn't tolerate the machine. Now that I have a heated humidifier my AHI is going back to 8 - 10\hr. some one please help me to understand this.

I have often wondered why no one builds a mask with two hoses-- one for pressure and one for exhaust. The pressure hose would be as we all use now, and the exhaust hose would run parallel to it, venting in a place away from the bed. My expirience is that if you would take a medium ff mask your in trouble as for me I use\used a small cousion instead of taking the one with the large cousion because the amount of dead space makes the pressure go strait from hose to vent causing AHI to go through the ceilling. any way any other ffm...

I got the Mirrage Quattro not to replace but to back up my mirrage Liberty since with the cold and flue going arround with asthma I thought to get a normal ff mask in the event of nessesity

Adreanal fatige is a mild form of adreanal insufficientcy so the only link i see is that since apnea lowers O2 sat the immune system can do some crazy stuff so adreanal insuficentcy could be some how linked
